Would return!

Very friendly staff, room size great, air con great, bathroom great, pool great size, parking outside the hotel, quiet!

Bed was creeky and would be good if there was double layered curtains as a bit bright at night due to pool lights and entrance lights. Other than that everything is ideal!

Peaceful oasis near Ubud: a perfect stay!

I don't even know where to start. This place suprised us a big time. Even though the room and pool were just great - the staff made our stay just out of this world. They told us about balinese culture, organized couple of tours and amazing cooking class for the local juices. They treated us like the family. And sunny days by the pool were not bad neither ;) Rooms are great and AC is working well, hot water in the shower and TV with Netflix. Bed is also super comfortable. They don't have their own restaurant, but they can order you the local food on affordable price. They have a laundry service and it's ridiculous cheap. It's just a beautiful oasis were you can relax but it's also easy to get to the city and places in Ubud. There's also Luwak coffee place and Silver jewelary class nearby.

I don't see this as negative, but someone might think, it's not in the center. But we actually saw this as a good thing! Because it's super quiet and calm neighborhood, but you get to the center by taxi (which is super cheap) or with a motorbike (they can rent you one). So there's actually nothing negative to say! :D I hope we can come back as soon as possible !!

Would stay here all over again

Where do I even start this place is great value for money the property is quiet and peaceful the pool is clean the rooms are well managed and maintained the mattress and pillows were comfy the WiFi was strong and they have smart TV so Netflix and YouTube is a plus . The staff were just amazing always ready to help and going out of there way most of the times especially Mr Juli he helped me go fix my phone and change money also I’m grateful ️

The breakfast could have more options but I truly enjoyed the banana pancakes

Confortable bed, clean bathroom, nice swimming pool, simple but tasty breakfast and great staff.

Beautiful and peaceful place

We liked the environment because it was plenty of local restaurants and shops. Although the location was not near the centre of Ubud, you can rent a motorbike in the hotel for a good price. We loved the staff because they were really nice and helped us with a lot of things to do. If ever again to Ubud, we would come to that place.

Kubu Kirana is a fantastic stay in Ubud, couldn't be better!

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic time at Kubu Kirana and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every day we were greeted with a neatly tidied room, complete with fresh towels and other amenities. What impressed us the most was the beautiful surroundings of Kubu Kirana. It was such a paradisiacal setting that we even decided to extend our stay, and fortunately, the staff was very helpful in arranging this extension

Amazing value for money; Spacious, clean rooms, bug free; best place in Ubud.

Very good value for money, the bungalow room is spacious and clean, clean white sheets and towels, comfy bed, bathroom is clean. It’s quite new still and I didn’t have a single bug or even gekko inside since the owner really invested in proper sealing and quality. The pool is lovely (cleanest I’ve seen so far here) and the place has a fresh and nice ambience, lovely to enjoy your breakfast at the terrace. WiFi is fast and stable. Staff is extremely helpful and so kind. Some great books on the shelf and a piano that needs tuning and a couple of cats add to the character and Charme. It’s a bit out of the way but I love how quiet it is, zero traffic noise. Shops and great cafes and restaurants are still nearby though. Extended my stay by several nights. This is the best place I stayed so far in Ubud.

Friendly, comfortable, clean, relaxing

Our room was modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was very new and effective. Our bathroom had a superb shower with its own hot water heater and the divider worked well so only the shower area got wet during use. No issues with the plumbing. Massive new tv in the room. The pool was clean. Cute rag doll cats lounging around. Comfortable Sun loungers. The staff were super friendly, and arranged a good scooter for us to hire. We would definitely stay again.

These are all minor issues, only mentioned to allow the owner to make this place even better that it already is – there was no lamp next to the bed, and the overhead lighting was very bright. The bathroom mirror was too low for us to use without bending over. The bathroom could use a towel rack attached to the wall, although a bamboo frame was provided. The breakfast was plain and the portions on the small side, and there was no guest information folder in the room so you have to ask for the wifi password.

Best people in bali.

Everything about this property was so nice. It was home away from home. The staff were very nice and kind they were the best people we have met in Indonesia. When we booked it, there was only few reviews but we really enjoyed every night there. The owner is very humble and available most of the time. and the reception is always smiling in our face that made our days even better. They room was very clean and tidy. The place has around 9 cats moving around and they are the owner’s cat so no need to worry about there hygienic condition. Having pets at the place made it more enjoyable and fun. We were really sad when it was time to leave and it was really comfortable staying there.

Nothing wrong. Just need to add blackouts curtains for more comfortable sleep.

GOOD!! You won't regret :D

I love how clean this place is. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. I am a person who is particular about cleanliness and I can say this property didn't bother me at all when it comes to this. It's so clean that you don't wanna mess up this room and help them maintain this property, so I always take my food out to eat in a lounge rather than eat in my room because I wanted to maintain this ant-free clean room haha I love the facility as in I loved the swimming pool, sun bed, and a small lounge area where I could just chill and do my own things. I absolutely adore the view from my room, and every morning I was so happy to wake up to this view! Breakfast is simple but good enough, you get to choose one between a sweet option and a veg option if I am not mistaken. I always went for the veg option which comes with a bit of salad, bread, fruits, and a selection of beverages. I love the staff here so much, probably this is the biggest reason I would like to be back sometime in the future. They are so polite and always willing to help all the time.

Nothing much, just a bit distant from Ubud city center but it wasn't a big problem as there's a lot of Grab bike service around Ubud and it was just around 10 mins ride to the city center. Plus, every time I get off the bike in front of this hotel, the staff comes out from the front desk to greet me. This way, I always felt so safe as a solo traveling lady.

The highlight of our trip!

By far one of the best properties that we stayed in during our whole trip! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was extremely peaceful!! We thought that the place was isolated but it was really close to different things and you can easily get food delivered. The pool was so easily accessible and the overall hotel was super clean and really beautiful - I cant recommend it enough. Lastly - thank you to the hospitality of the staff!!! Seriously, the smile that they put on their face everyday and they really check on everything you may need. I unfortunately only took videos so the images attached are screenshots from them, its much better in person.
